Do not think that the Generation Plant would be 500MW single stand alone unit. No such thing exists. It will be built up starting with a single 50MW Combined Cycle Plant and then adding new 50MW CS plants after the first is commissioned and evaluation data of around 12 - 18 mths is analyzed and any changes to the design or equipment models/modules changed to improve efficiency and output.
