    I see people quoting $US 0.015 /kwh for electricity in Zimbabwe. I believe sources are probably in error and affected by high forex volatility.

    Zimbabwe has a sliding scale based upon consumption, similar to what is in Indonesia so poor people who use less pay less. But the average price received is much higher.
