There could be a couple of scenarios.. But first off, I would think that the Generators and the transmission network would be owned by the government and we would possibly get paid a very small percentage of generation produced plus a percentage of each Joule of Gas produced.
Only speculation at this point except that the ownership of the infrastructure would be the Government.
It's early days and a lot of negotiation is in progress.
