    It was only an idea at that point. To build a single 150MW unit is a huge project that would take around 3-4 yrs to build.
    Apart from the greater cost to build, the maintenance on a unit that size is more time consuming and more downtime than CS units.
    Shutting down and taking 150 MW leaves a big hole to fill which would be unacceptable.
    Having 5 50MW units in a bank that each unit is running at around 70%, you can take 1 unit out of service for maintenance and maintain full generation.
