What a load of rubbish.
The whole reason that we are drilling the Caborra Basin so as to bring out the gas primarily for power production.
The MOU in 2019 is in place for preliminary work to be put in place for the execution of a collaborative deal to bring the wells into production and the development of a power production facilities upon announcement of a "Discovery" with commercially viable resources.
The planning for this and the design of CCG "I" would say have been underway for quite awhile with possible CCG suppliers already having prelim designs and feasibility studies completed, with turnkey designs established.
