    Why on earth would you pick US construction costs with the most expensive labour? As an example, the Indians construct gas trunk lines for RS 6-7 crore per km. That is between $700,000 and $850,000 usd per km. I would assume overhead power transmission lines to be cheaper. Is Zimbabwe labour more expensive than Indian? Would have to look into it.
