once proven up, by flow testing next year.. the MoU allows IVZ to be several steps down the commercialisation step than without a partner / MOU.
if you are confident the gas is down there, then this plant will be built and it’s only a matter of when and how big.
In short, yes MOU are not binding, but you would rather have an MOU than not, and definitely speeds up the process once the resource is sufficiently proven.
