some dickheads followed mutual funds rebalancing and yields for the 10 yr, which are still way low to normal business. we operated as a wprld fine with 6% interest, grew, developed, invented.
spec plays are a different world, its all risk, interest rates and 60:40 do not matter a damn.
now they trying desperately to get back in to this as the infrastructure to $ is mere kms away.
