The only reason we would Cap Raise is to increase liquiidity in my view.
There will be other forms of funding available. The US and China will be fighting with themselves to provide backing to fund Phase 2 and 3 of Virginia.
Keep an eye on what Linde do as well. It always tickles me to think they had to send their own people to Virginia to check the helium readings as they didn't believe Stefano when he said they had 12% in one well.
