IMHO only, the same people that are selling the remainder of PIC shares are shorting the stock on any run as they can buy back their shorts with PIC shares so they are feathering their own nest while not getting the best possible price for their client.
usual low down slimy tricks by brokers.
once PIC shares are sold makes it far more dangerous to short this stock.
the day after the big announcement we fell but not before 90k shorts sold early on.
to be honest dont know what the real value is until these brokers cease this activity.
undoubtedly more shorts today, the 100k prop at $1.93 is now 80k, sell side completely artificial.
break $2 and we might see what the market values RLT at.
