If i recall, correct me if im wrong, the new Biden administration has halted any new helium (and other metals / gases etc) exploration projects in the USA, hence the existing ties with the US government and their support of the project will continue throughout Phase 2. There is no doubt the Military and NASA are aware of Renergen...i am very confident that even Elon and SpaceX are also aware of Renergen..

However, i do not believe that Notable Pioneer hold a 40% interest...i was under the impression it was less than 10%...many have also questioned whether SP manipulation is as a result of Notable Pioneer..
