I can't say things like that to my friends, so I can't see it as acceptable here. Not about any race or country.

Tempered speech and self-restraint, even with anonymity, is a characteristic of our beloved country. The one we all (re)create every day.
As an extended community, we do tolerate quite a bit of sweating and bone-dry humour (in fact, I enjoy it having refined the art over decades) but not vilification.
