Would be great to see all that confirmed in due course Birch. Time will tell as always and I've heard much that has not transpired in the past.
One things certain in that it will be incredible when all the financing is complete and every aspect moving forward is in ARU management hands - well and contractors and suppliers.
There must be something very legitimate in that 1 month gas extension agreement. Both parties must be confident or why make new time extension at all.
