Looks more like you are overreacting on an assumption that is very likely to be the reality. I'm not too familiar with Argentinian work ethic, but I don't think non emergency work is getting executed on weekends. Adding the time difference to Argentina it quite possible that the gas was turned on last Friday and since the ASX is closed on weekends, the earliest possibility for an announcement was this morning.
