Yes what you say is true however to me it is glaringly obvious that this stock has a rock solid foundation and it is typical for stocks in the mine development stage to stagnate.But once production starts there is a significant ramp up. GCY have everything in place for this to happen mid 2018. That's not far away. Specially when you consider 14 years about standard from start of exploration to production.
