Hi Folks,
Mr P, only 5%< (substantial holder) and /or a current Director of the company needs to disclose the disposal of shares.
Previous Director is no longer a Director, therefore doesn't need to inform the market. The disposal of shares accounted for a 1.67% holding of the company, therefore also does not meet the requirement to inform the market.
