For me, a number of reasons. As i have received notification from other companies of their "Annual Reporting" dates, or better yet invitations to company Shareholder presentations of their annual reports/performance for some companies, I'm disappointed that NWH haven't even confirmed to their Shareholders via their homepage of a confirmed date.
Is a date even confirmed yet? If not why not? (Leads to questions like "Are their books in order? or has Gascoyne situation thrown a spanner to what they wanted to report?)
Simply put, I take comfort from transparency, and if their homepage (and ASX homepage) don't have a reporting date locked in, I'm disappointed as a Shareholder.
Who knows, I might get my comfort tomorrow, in which case all good, comfort restored and disappointment gone!
