This has already been posted and part of the reason NF couldn't remain on the board etc. IMO also as a bankrupt, i question can he be prosecuted for funds owing to the SH's. The only good thing he cannot stand on another board till re is re-instated as a non-bankrupt.
I think this is correct but stand to be corrected by others.
