That's an interesting transaction, and quite beneficial to both companies I feel.
Peter Langworthy is common to both companies, so he should have a decent handle on the worth of this area.
Whilst GML has lost control of this area, it gets decent money to assist with its core asset development but also keeping a 20% in Edjudina being free-carried until a decision to mine is made - if ever that were to occur of course - plus a royalty if mined.
