It also matches the price of the latest placement - so the company is including the existing small shareholders in at the same price as the sophisticated investors. Pretty cool.
What is even better is that even the smallest current shareholder can participate (up to the maximum capped allocation for participants) just like the larger shareholders... if you hold one share, you can apply for the full $15,000 entitlement - which is all a holder with 1 million (or more) shares can apply for...
(We all may still get cutback if the POG continues to run and fomo takes hold... but it is only available amongst the existing shareholders).
This is overly fair to small investors, just like a placement to sophisticated investors (at the usual discount) is overly fair to the big players... The company is looking after the small investor (for once).
I'll be applying for the maximum - and might transfer some of my existing shares to a related party, in advance... ;-)
