"Share Purchase Plan
The Company is also pleased to announce that it intends to offer existing shareholders the opportunity to apply for
new, fully paid ordinary shares in the Company under a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), and to potentially raise an
additional amount targeting up to $2 million.
Further details of any SPP will be announced in due course. Any SPP will be subject to any necessary board,
regulatory and shareholder approvals as may be appropriate."

July 24th - Notice of AGM...i.e the board will meet to vote on items like...
"5. RESOLUTION 5 – APPROVAL TO ISSUE SPP SHARES
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as an
Ordinary Resolution:
“That for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes, Shareholder approval is given
to issue Shares offered under the Share Purchase Plan (including any shortfall), up to a maximum
125,000,000 Shares, on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement.”

Therefore:
125,000,000 x $0.016 = $2M

So conclusion is, 24th August - if the vote is positive - SPP will be available.
