PERTH: Unconventional gas explorer Challenger Energy (ASX code: CEL, CELO) advises
that the
Technical Regulations for Petroleum Exploration and Production
have been
gazetted by the South African Minister of Mineral Resources, Ngaoko Ramatlhodi.
Challenger Managing Director Robert Willes said: “We are pleased to see that the Technical
Regu
lations have now been gazetted.
We will need to look at these in detail, but see this as
a demonstration that progress towards the issue of exploration rights continues to
be made."
