    Plenty of reasons:
    1) They left it to the very last day
    2) The announcement doesn't elaborate on anything
    3) What is the company doing now? No direction, no plan.

    There is very little reason not to be upset. Fair enough if the deal wasn't good enough, but there are far far better ways of handling it than this.
