If I was the Director I wouldn't be topping up unless I knew I had potential near term opportunities on the table. DD was conducted and not pursued. Good, we aren't wasting time chasing something that "could" be beneficial to the company. Rather we focus on projects that "will" be of benfit. Congrats to all holders who managed to top up or buy in at lower levels. As they say, onwards amd upwards. IMO DYOR
