Dear Sir/Madam,
Grandbridge has served a writ for a total of $340,692 against MEC Resources Ltd (ASX MMR) and Advent Energy Ltd.
On 12 December 2005, Grandbridge Limited (Grandbridge) entered into an agreement entitled “Conditional Agreement for the Provision of Services by Grandbridge to MEC Resources Limited” (MEC) (MEC Services Agreement).
In or around June 2008, Grandbridge entered into an agreement entitled “Conditional Agreement for the Provision of Services by Grandbridge to Advent Energy Limited” (Advent) (Advent Services Agreement).
At or around 24 November 2016, MEC and Advent terminated the MEC Services Agreement and Advent Services Agreement.
Pursuant to the MEC Services Agreement and the Advent Services Agreement, payment for termination became due and payable by MEC and Advent at that time .
Grandbridge has previously made demand for payment of the termination payments and no payment was made or settlement offer made
The Grandbridge writ claims:
- $212,052.00 against MEC ;
- $128,640.00 against Advent
Shareholders will be kept updated.

How can Grandbridge charge both MMR and Advent fees for Provisional Services ??? What excellent Services were provided by GBA , that benefited all shareholders ??
