As already noted, I think by Needle, the future role for Pax is likely in combination with other drugs (eg ONC201) or treatment methods (eg radiation). The market may have over-reacted, ignoring the growing interest in a PKI3 inhibitor that penetrates the BBB.
That work is currently happening.
