I keep reading over and again how this agile by design is quickly making choices to speed up the evaluation process that usually takes many years .

A panel has decided to not keep GDC-0084 moving through to stage 2 BUT is allowing the trial to complete in stage 1 so there must be efficacy on some level you would assume if this agile really is as good at evaluating quickly - perhaps another candidate has shown more promise at an early stage so resources are diverted but that is no guarantee given how many drugs fail at stage 2 or 3 running normally.. Any reading of agile indicates by design it itself is also experimental in its accelerated design.

What call could you make on this without the data? agile process gives the appearance that something does not work by simply cancelling its making it into the next stage but without any clarifying material and based on an experimental process - JG & Co should have looked more into that because it does appear to have blind sided them which in turn has left investors in the dark which in turn has saw the collapse in sp - enjoy the moment roood and co you guys have been proclaiming doom at every turn for years and without further light its hard to combat that...
