Brett Mitchal apparently did sell to another company basically to himself somehow DODGY COMPANY.
But in saying that I have told Brett Mitchal when I was in conversation with him if he was still holding the shares and did he sell he said no I still hold. But now thinking of it he still could’ve sold to himself into a dodgy company and really still hold that’s all I know about the matter if it’s true or not I do not know but he has been questioned and he did say he did not sell I guess if they put out a top 20 stock hold we would all know.

Top 20 wouldn't prove if he sold while he was a director.
He could of legitimately sod shares after he ceased to be a director, and it wouldn't need to be disclosed.
Anyway, I guess we will never know.
