Ok, so the CR won't close today or next week, but US$475k keeps the company afloat for about another three or four weeks. Regardless, they appear to be still chasing money and need more time to close the equity sale. So now I put us coming out of suspension in mid-November, maybe late November depending on how dry they can run the petrol tank.

Interestingly, the loan is with CSS Alpha, a private financing company out of Singapore. So now we know what the MM trips to Asia were about (in addition to drumming up investors, it seems).

(The loan, but the way, is needed to keep money in the bank until the refund arrives. That could take a few weeks. So some liquidity in the mean time.)
