Encouraging that the placement was well supported this market (I was scaled back 50%~).
The part underwriting of the rights issue was an okay result reflecting that people don't want to be on the hook for too long.
Overall $5m is about right for me. It balances the difficulty in raising money just now with the dilution. Enables the continued progress of the company for 12~ months.
