You're correct ! GBR has an option to aquire 75% after satisfying certain criteria.
in a 12 month period.

Bottom line is GBR will do all the work and fork out the coin to do said work.

So CDT recieve $50.000 in GBR shares And GBR spend $250.000 on exploration
If GBR exercise the option after 12 months Then CDT recieve a further $100.000 in GBR shares.

Also of note ! Is that GBR has experience with the tradiional owners of the land
We are expecting the final heritage report soon.

Castle has way to many projects to explore on their own ! I feel this to be a good move !
