    I disagree with what you're saying. People can have an interest in a company and not own the shares. They could waiting for the right time to buy such as the right announcement that they're looking for to make it worthwhile to jump in on.

    I like to read everyone's viewpoint on a company - they don't necessarily have to own the stock to have an opinion.
