Disgusting behaviour by Pato and other management. Essentially giving out cheap shares to Retzos and Zebina. What's worse than that is to hand out free money to their mates at Cumulus & Discovery. Why did they even need Cumulus & Discovery to begin with if major shareholders were already planning to get in for cheap? Basically $450k cash upfront to mates and $2.5million options. Can only hope we hit a few more bonanza grades at good widths.
