No capital raise, but 8 million new shares...
In the upcoming FY22 results, I hope GDA provides some detail in its outlook for FY23 (aka a full breakdown) on how they expect the performance payments to impact the financials over the next five years. There are some chunky numbers in that performance payout agreement. $1.5m in EBITDA in year one and a target for production litres by FY27 is all we got this time.
Molson-Coors deal is delivering $3-4m EBITDA by comparison.
