It has unfortunately become a bit of a trend with GDA to have a “short term issue” in the current reporting period, that is expected to be resolved “in the near future”.
the think about good management is that those short term issues need to be expected and managed rather than used as an excuse for underperformance.
as my boss keeps telling me, there are a million reasons why things are hard. I want to hear about how you are doing it.
