Totally agree, but we are talking about tourists and visitors, i will say if you are walking down the wharf in a westerly direction the first thing you see is a massive open door and a gate, so i can see people thinking that is the entrance, all it requires is a sign on the gate pointing to the entrance, not difficult.
The company can't even answer an email.
