I tend to agree with your post @Mastatrada. The real meat-n-potatoes of GDM's plant refurb will be any future decision they make about if / when to commence open pit & underground mining with respect to the plant performance & availability of the required capital to sustain mine development & production operations. It'll be interesting to see what time is involved before GDM declare commencement of commercial production coupled with guidance for both production targets & AISC. At least a year (or more) sounds about right.

I've updated my plant commissioning info file (below) which makes it easy to compare the current plant commissioning progress with the previous 2017 plant commissioning & see what differences / similarities there might be in the flavour of the progress updates. GDM seem to be doing a reasonable job so far with their previously mentioned $500k max spend for the plant refurb...hopefully the highlight colour for their plant commissioning & future mining re-start commentary won't transition into orange or red.
