Flipper., Neither entity has the Coin (excuse the Pun) to go forward with the Plant/Mine development with any vigor. There are multiple paths they could follow to procur the necessary funds.
The sweetest One would be to Float a separate Company, owned 51/49% respectivly. Raise said Funds therein, and advance the project under the new entity.
Allowing both GDM & ADG to progress their various other Exploration prospects independantly, and without distraction.
