Bit of a complex deal and will only hold 51% of the project and that's when production starts the J/V Partner ADG gets 300k for 15% rising to 49% on first gold and are free carried to that point makes ADG a sound investment also.
Under 29 million SOI could be hard to get a decent stake and they will be raising cash at some point but doubt that will stop this going well just see at what price they will get on a raise at what discount that brings.
