IMO:
The obvious answer: this is SPIN designed to counteract any negativity that is coming with the Audited Financial Reports etc.. that are due tomorrow! (... and share offer later on!)
It's not even being run at capacity and what are running costs?
They don't even have approval for water or a tailings area.
If this is so significant then why are they bothering with the $10M funding arrangement with GV?
Other than a 'strategically placed announcement' to prop up the SP for tomorrows likely woeful financials and the upcoming share offer this does not make sense!
