I agree. If the offer was around 0.85 a share, it would have brought in serious discussion and though by some of accepting.

At 0.70 cents a share, no one in their right mind is going to accept, it paints the offer as being very silly and significantly undervalues the assets of the company.

GEM now would have no option but to raise the offer or include a share swap, as divesting the shares now would seriously damage the credibility of the management. In other words, it is not an option.
