    How have we still not heard from management this morning, if even to say something along the lines of:

    "Management believe the offer significant undervalues the Affinity business and will be making a more detailed comment in due course".

    The incompetence have this group have proven themselves to be totally incompetent. The last 4 months have been diabolical.
