AFJ is financially stronger than GEM - but it has been going through a technical correction since Feb's peak. The price GEM paid for AFJ is fair and should give GEM a boost.
However, I am not sure of its current debt level - current low interest environment works in GEMs favour.
For me it a HOLD.
