Why does one need a position to engage in the conversation (on either side of the fence)? Maybe they are looking to buy or short at some point. Maybe they just enjoy the analysis. This is an open board where conversation is encouraged.
There is zero value in all the holders sitting together in a circle talking about how smart they are and how awesome the company is. Might make them feel better day to day but they will ultimately be worse off.
