SXY might get its TO bid before it reaches 50 cents AUD, I still think $600 million AUD market cap for this is way too undervalued IMHO.
The rent would need to be reset exponentially for growth to be held back that much.
SXY is in FOMO time IMHO, it may push past bullish resistance at 45 cents and never look back.
if the QCCC deal with the Palaszscuk Government or Tim Mander takes down Frecklington and heads the LNP into Government in George Street, something like SXY will look much better from a growth perspective.
Under the LNP, SXY could be conceivably a $1.5 billion market cap stock or more IMHO but pls DYODD.
