Strongly recommend people re read this announcement from Senex.
The recent APPEA presentation was the first time we have seen the volume potential of Gemba: "likely to exceed pre drill estimates of 15Bcf". That puts the field at around 3 Million BOE, maybe higher, this puts some context to the announcement from December.
Make sure you have a look at the map on the last page of the announcement and see how much territory all around the Gemba discovery Senex has 100% of.
The number of gas fields south of the Moomba plant is impressive and Senex has found its first major one and may have opened up a new gas flank in the Cooper.
