With every successful well the company becomes the insider purchaser to the buyback. For example today there has been 15 minutes of trading in CE1 shares .Armed wit this intelligence of progress has Calima been buying CE1 shares?
The status of Montney is another complicating factor. If negotiations with a Montney suitor progress to a critical stage is there no constraint on the mooted buy-back?
