The main highlight seems to be 2 million payment. Otherwise it seems no license and now the deal is pretty much open ended so no deadline for further commitment. The only good side other than the 2 mill is it is not a NO i guess, but very short on detail of exactly what is happening after a year of testing??
Seems like genentech had three options, and this was the cheapest way to not say no?
Seems mr market sees this as absolutely no change either way?
