GENERAL: ABA: Director Nomination Closing Date

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Abano Healthcare Group Limited
advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday, 29
September 2014. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing
date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
