GENERAL: AKC: Auckland Council Notice to Bondholders
Auckland Council has elected for the applicable requirements of the Financial
Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA) to apply to it with effect from 18 March 2015
in respect of the bonds issued pursuant to the master trust deed dated 27
September 2012, as amended from time to time, between Auckland Council and
Trustees Executors Limited. Accordingly, Auckland Council has amended the
master trust deed to comply with and to reflect the FMCA.
As required by the FMCA, holders of the bonds will shortly receive a notice
in the form attached, providing further details.
